The easiest thing to do was to find a picture that was the person who made the quote so people know who did it.

Today In Manaiakalani we found out about a competition called The Summer learning Journey. So the Summer learning journey is something to encourage you to do more blog posting during Summer.
The hardests thing to do was to colour in the pictures because the they had so much detail in them and it was very hard.
The easiest thing to do was to find the website and follow instructions because they were so simple and easy to follow.

Today in Room 2 we have been working on remaking a song about the twelve days of christmas.In my group was Kaea,Archie,Lorey,Joelle, Riveynne,and myself.
The hardest thing to do was to make the slide nice and colourful including making sure you can see the words. And thinking what ideas to do for our slides.
The easiest thing to do was working together as a team and adding the backgrounds to each slide.
Next time I will encourage the others to do more work and make the slide go up a level and to improve to make it more interesting.

In Team Toroa, The Gisborne Herald have set up a competition for us to do, the thing we have to do is write a detailed writing about what christmas means to me, Including something digital that is connect to our writing that we have done, and the thing that I did was a animation.
The thing that was very easy was inserting stuff and making my animation interesting so people can carry on looking at it.
The thing that was very hard was thinking of ideas to put in my animation and moving the characters around.
Next time I could find a better background and use an actual christmas tree.
ACROSTIC POEM!!!!
We were learning about how to do an acrostic poem about Fireworks. All the teachers gave us an idea by lighting up sparkles and gave us a big show. This is maybe one of my best poems i've ever did so there's many thing more to do next time. I love my descriptive poem and hopefully you do to.
The thing I love about my poem was that the task gave me a challenge to learn new things, one of the things that i learnt was to give it my best and finish with a strong interesting end to wow the readers, including a amazing start to make the reader read more in your story.
The thing that was easy was making the poem rhyme so it sounds like somebody want to read it again, another thing that was easy was thinking of a word to use for start of my acrostic poem and that's how i poem up with lot of ideas.
The thing that was challenging was thinking of descriptive words to go in my poem to make it interesting. also one other thing was to really go deep into those sentences to make it feel lie your standing there watching it.
Next time I want to make sure some of my poem makes sence next time and go a bit more beyond next time a probably do it.
In Team Toroa we were learning about how to make sure if the photo is fake or not. this is my work that i did for my learning.I found it easy to take the picture because i had some help. I found it challenging to get a background because there was not that much option Next time I will think of better ideas than before
In Team Toroa, during te reo time we have been working with our cooperative to make a Ebook about Rangi and Papa and recreated a story of our own.
The hardest thing to do was the planning and working together because we didn't know what slide we were going on and how was on it. The easiest thing to do was to re-write the story because we had the story next to us to know what to write but in our own words. Nextime i could finish on time because we were way behind and needed to be faster.
In my writing group we were learning about persuasive writing and this is my writing.
The digital learning object I've chosen to create is slides because it is more cleaner and understandable.I enjoyed this learning because you learn new things and have fun!!!!One thing I would like to learn next about persuasive writing is how to make it more advance and go up a level. I can't wait to do more writing nextime to learn new things.

the hardest thing that was hard to do was to think of an idea because there can be million of idea's to do, the easiest thing to do was to try to make it standout i knew i was going to do something that i connect with and that's why it was easy.
My favorite thing in my poster was that it pop's out and is so interesting to look at, it has so much detail and i will definitely buy it. I can't wait to do more learning about persuasive writing and share it with you.
My scratch Game!!!
This is my scratch game I made this after school this took all afternoon and turned out really cool, I might also show you all my coding that I did because there was a lot and it was hard, in team toroa we are learning how to code games and how to use scratch and how to make some creative games.
The things that I really like in my game is that its better than my other games and is more easier to play because it shows you what buttons to press and were to go, one of the things that helped me do some of my coding to make the person move was looking at other people's tutorials in team toroa, one of them was archie on his blog he had a tutorial about how to move the person with the arrows and i did't know how to do that so he really helped me. The hardest thing to do was look for the block to use and were they were, I only used simple blocks mostly like the talking blocks, it was just really hard to look for the changing blocks and the moving blocks. The thing that was easy was to learn new things about scratch and look at other people's blogs for some examples of things to do. next time I could probably make a background on goggle drawings and use something new in my game.
I can't wait for more coding learning to learn new things!!

I found it easy to think of ideas to write about because it was all in my book and I was sorted.
I found it challenging to write my poem because i haven't done a poem in a long time, the lsat environmental poem was probably in room 5.
Next time I will make post my blog post on time and have a more better poem and maybe make my next poem more interesting.

Those are my Instructions that you do in order. In team toroa we had to do a game about quality commenting, it was very hard but the same time it was very cool, I haven't finished my game unfortunately because I was very slow and all the coding stuff was so difficult.
I really like my game because I put a lot of effort into it and it was so so hard, but maybe I can make my game better and expanding it.
The thing that was interesting was using new coding ideas and watching the videos so I know what to do, they were very helpful and easy to watch.
The thing that was the most difficult thing to do was look for the coding blocks and how to make them work like a game, and that was really hard, The thing I need to work on is to think of an idea of what to do rather than just putting random things on it, another thing I could do is mabey make my work more interesting for the reader to paint a picture in there mind.

I found it easy to look for some webs sites of my recipe because it was a famous samoan recipe
